Taylor Swift has announced a second show at Santiago Bernabéu in Madrid on May 29, complementing the already scheduled performance on May 30, as revealed today on the prominent American singer’s website. These Madrid dates mark the only Spanish stops on the European leg of her “The Eras Tour,” with Paramore serving as the opening act for the tour. For the originally scheduled concert on May 30, a select group of fans who registered in advance will be chosen to access ticket sales. These lucky individuals will receive email notifications starting from Wednesday, February 28, 2024, according to information provided on the artist’s official website.

Regarding this process, Taylor Swift’s website states, “We will randomly select a number of users who registered for the first concert and remained on the waiting list. In this case, there will be no new registration; you will receive an email if you have been selected to access the sale.” It’s worth noting that Taylor Swift has performed only once before in Spain, precisely in Madrid in 2011. Additionally, she was slated to be the headliner for Mad Cool 2020, which was canceled due to the pandemic.

The European leg of “The Eras Tour” will kick off with two concerts in Paris on May 9 and 10, concluding with two more performances in London on August 16 and 17, as recently announced on the artist’s website. The itinerary also includes concerts in various European cities such as Stockholm, Lisbon, Lyon, Edinburgh, Liverpool, Cardiff, Amsterdam, Zurich, Milan, Gelsenkirchen, Hamburg, Munich, Warsaw, and Vienna, before culminating with four shows in the British capital. “The Eras Tour” began in March in Glendale, Arizona, Taylor Swift’s hometown, with the U.S. dates extending until August in Los Angeles. Subsequently, the tour will head to Central and South America, from Mexico to Sao Paulo, with performances scheduled for November 24, 25, and 26.
